In case you wish to change one or more products of your order, you have the option to change it within 2 working days of receipt of your order.
- Changes are accepted as long as the product has not been worn and is in its original condition. Types of packaging and labels that accompany the product should exist exactly as they were when you received it and should necessarily be accompanied with the retail sales receipt. Without the retail receipt no changes are made.
- No refunds are made.
- The cost of the costs for changing and then sending the new product are borne by the customer, the cost is 5,00 € and is valid only if you choose to make your return through ELTA Courier and request a recipient charge. Any product of equal or greater value can be changed from the purchase of the product.
- In case you wish to send the package with a different company, you undertake the shipping costs in full, otherwise we will not receive your package and it will be returned to you.
- In order to proceed with the process of change, you must first contact us via email (email@example.com).
- Until the moment the product reaches us it is at your own risk, therefore it is important to take care of its safe transportation in order to avoid any damage or loss and therefore inability to change it.
- In the case of a defective product, a replacement / repair is made within 2 working days from the receipt of your order.
- In orders for Cyprus, there is NO possibility of change or return.
